I cannot tell you how much your sessions meant to me! You have transformed my relationships!!! Now when I think about my mom and/or dad I have this amazing warmth and total love for them!!!

Before working with you, when I would think of either one or both of them, it would be more of a neutral feeling… disconnected… but now I can say with all my heart I love my parents deeply… and I can love others that way as well…even myself!!!

I was looking in the mirror just to check my make up and I looked at myself like I was my best friend… I looked at my eyes and my face and saw how cute I am! The woman in the mirror was SHINING! I have deep love for her as my best friend.

After working with you, I realize each day more and more about myself that has been hidden for ages. Now is my time to step out, up and shine. I am intensified, glowing, radiating light. I now smile more and more each day. So much of me has opened up because of the work you do with body stories.

 

Every session was another turning point and made me smile and feel good about my life. I now know that I am powerful, soft, gentle, kind, compassionate, loving. One of my dearest friends told me repeatedly to talk to Lynnet and it was because of my trust in her that I did reach out to Lynnet and open myself up to her in a very vulnerable way. Single Parent, Working Mom

 

I have always been a person that has contained myself and not looked at emotions in myself because it hurt, left me vulnerable, and/or left me disappointed.

The session with Lynnet was great! It opened my heart, and I felt a huge weight release from chest, shoulders, and lower back. I have had chronic pain for many years in those areas as well as multiple sclerosis. It was a weight that I never realized I had been carrying, until it was gone.

 

It was weird to actually feel it as it left. She assisted me in the release, guided me thru what I was feeling, and advised things to do after the session, that have since proved very beneficial. I have followed her recommendations and have received many more realizations, as well as releases. I highly suggest you have a session with Lynnet. I know I will be scheduling another one very soon!
